First, clean the hinged door regularly. Gently wipe the surface of the door with a soft, dry or damp cloth to remove dust, stains, and fingerprints. Avoid using cleaners containing corrosive chemicals, as these may damage the door's surface coating. For stubborn stains, use a mild cleaner or a specialized door cleaner, but be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid damaging the door.

Second, keep the door tracks clean and smooth. Regularly clean dust, debris, and crumbs from the tracks using a vacuum cleaner or small brush. If there is oil in the tracks, you can wipe it with a suitable amount of cleaner, but avoid dripping cleaner into the tracks, as this may affect the door's sliding performance. Also, ensure the tracks are securely installed, without deformation or looseness, to guarantee normal door opening and closing.

Furthermore, pay attention to door lubrication. Apply a suitable amount of lubricant or oil to the hinges, tracks, and other parts of the door to reduce friction and make the door open and close more smoothly. Choose a suitable lubricant or oil and apply it according to the instructions, avoiding using too much or too little. In addition, avoid excessive impacts and over-opening/closing of the swing door. Avoid placing heavy objects near the door or subjecting it to violent impacts to prevent deformation or damage. Also, avoid frequent opening and closing of the door, especially when it is closed; do not use excessive force to avoid damaging the lock or other components.

Finally, regularly inspect all components of the swing door. Check the hinges, locks, and weatherstripping for proper function. If any parts are loose, damaged, or worn, repair or replace them promptly. Ensure all door functions are normal to guarantee safe and convenient use.
