Preparation: First, ensure the door frame and door opening dimensions match. The width and height of the door opening should be 10-20mm larger than the door frame to allow for adjustments. Check that the ground is level; an uneven ground may prevent the door from opening or closing properly.

Installing the Door Frame: Place the door frame into the door opening and use a level to ensure it is vertical and horizontal. Secure the door frame with expansion bolts, with a recommended bolt spacing of 500-600mm. After securing, check the door frame again for verticality and levelness, and adjust as necessary.

Installing the Door Leaf: Place the door leaf into the door frame and adjust the hinge position. The hinges are typically installed 150-200mm from the top and bottom of the door leaf. Ensure the door leaf opens and closes smoothly without any jamming.

Testing: After installation, test the opening and closing force of the door leaf. If it is an electric hinged door, the motor and control system also need to be tested to ensure the door leaf operates according to the preset program.

Precautions: During installation, please pay close attention to safety to prevent the door from falling and injuring people. For electric swing doors, also pay attention to electrical safety, ensure correct wiring, and avoid the risk of short circuits or electric shock.
