Daily maintenance of hinged doors focuses on surface cleaning, track maintenance, sealing checks, and component tightening. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth or slightly damp cloth (avoid strong acid or alkali cleaners). For stubborn stains, use a specialized door cleaner. The tracks should be dusted regularly (ideally monthly) and cleaned with a vacuum cleaner/soft brush. The rollers should be kept lubricated (add 2-3 drops of lubricant quarterly). The sealing strips should be inspected every six months; if hardening or cracks (width > 1mm) appear, they should be replaced to maintain sound and heat insulation performance. The opening and closing force should be controlled within 5 N·m. Hinges and lock screws should be tightened quarterly (torque 0.6-1.2 N·m). Any abnormal noises should be promptly addressed.
